Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!


It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! 


This low-impact, high intensity class will increase your cardio and strength while taking you through a series of flat roads, hills, and sprints. Challenge your body in new and exciting ways!! 



HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT alternates short bursts of intense and explosive exercise alternated with low intensity recovery periods. The biggest advantage of HIIT is you get maximum results in minimal time.


Yes of course you can drop in to any class at any time! We do prefer a little notice to make sure there is enough room in the class and our instructors know how many participants to expect.
